Colour and Weave Tea Towel Rigid Heddle Pattern
Plain weave does not equal boring. With just a little extra work warping and 3 shuttles to weave, these “plain” weave towels are anything but plain! The use of 2/8 cotton or cotton boucle, on a 10 dent reed make warping these towels super simple and there are video links to help manage the multiple shuttles while weaving.
This pattern requires a minimum 24” rigid heddle, a 10 dent reed and three shuttles.
Excellent for someone who has woven a few projects and wants to try something a little more adventurous.
Pattern makes 2 towels (the same but different) measuring about 18” x 26”
This pattern includes lots of pictures and video links to help you succeed.
