Barbeque Towels Rigid Heddle Pattern
Summer is the season for barbequing, and these are the perfect towels. Thick, absorbent, and bold make these the towels for your favourite barbequer.
This pattern contains 2 distinct towel patterns, both made on the same warp. The first is a simple waffle weave pattern using 1 pick up stick. The second is a slightly more complex pattern using 2 pick up patterns. Directions are clear and there are video links as well to ensure you have a successful weaving experience.

This pattern requires a 24” rigid heddle, a 10 dent reed, 5 shuttles, (or a boat shuttle with extra bobbins) and 2 pick-up sticks. Weaving is done using 2/8 cotton.
Skill Level: The pattern is a simple repeat but does require reinserting a pick-up stick regularly.
